We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days from the date of purchase, as items ship from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse. We know that’s longer than next-day delivery you might be used to — we keep prices low by skipping the markup that comes with faster, warehouse-based shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, contact us at [your support email] and we’ll investigate or make it right.

Refunds & Returns

At Dolly Paw, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no questions asked.

Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partner, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, reach out and we’ll make it right.

We’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse once an item has shipped, given the low cost and shipping logistics involved — but if something’s wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
